These terms govern your use of this storefront and any purchase you make from Vastura Ltd, an Alberta, Canada corporation. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and price every product accurately. Colours and details may vary slightly from images. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Fulfilment

Many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier network. Delivery timelines and tracking are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vastura Ltd's liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
