We ship across Canada. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within Canada.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Many of our products are fulfilled directly from our supplier network, so an order may ship from more than one location and arrive in more than one package.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most Canadian orders arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on the item and your location. Remote and northern addresses may take longer. Supplier-fulfilled items can occasionally take longer during peak periods; if anything is delayed, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75. For orders under that amount, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you tracking information where it's available. Because some items ship directly from suppliers, tracking detail can vary by item.

Problems with delivery

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us at support@vastura.ca with your order number and we'll make it right. See also our Return & Refund Policy.
