Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Vastura Ltd. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Some items cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons (for example, perishable goods, personal-care items that have been opened, or custom/made-to-order items); these will be noted on the product page where they apply.

How to start a return

Email support@vastura.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us — returns sent without authorization may not be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping — at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or once we've confirmed a damaged or incorrect item), we'll issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
